I liked that the company is small to where you are not overwhelmed. It gives you quality time to work closely with the IT staffs.
What I wish was different
I feel this internship are for students who are just starting out in pursuit of their AA or AS. Tech support makes up the bulk of the experience so it may be unchallenging to students who are passed the level 1 tier work.
Advice
Great people to work with, but you have to be assertive when trying to gain experience. Don't sit around waiting for something to happen and always ask if there is something you can do.
