Freedom to choose own schedule, enjoyable activities in terms of getting to film live sporting events, good hands-on experience

Any form of payment, and perhaps getting an opportunity to write a little bit

Advice

Don't get frustrate if your role seems insignificant, because the entire company is young and still figuring out the direction it wants to go in
