more efficient management, a lot of things have off counts which makes getting items difficult

it feels like you're thrown off the deep end in the beginning but the job is pretty simple.

What I liked
I enjoyed how hands on the experience was and I learned so much about what it's like to work in a hospital.
What I wish was different
I wish I had a little bit more training or hours had been more flexible.
Advice
Be prepared to go outside your comfort zone and accept that not everyone you work with will understand you are a new volunteer, they might expect you to do more than you are capable of.

I wish I had been paid for my work.
Advice
The experience was worthwhile to be able to get a paid job in the future. Don't reject an internship just because it's unpaid.
