Oregon Mainline Paving is such a fantastic environment to work for. People treat you as if you are internal employee. They are willing to teach you almost everything you want to learn. There's no limitation regarding of the hierachy . From the President, Project Manager, to the Superintendent, anyone is also helpful and down to earth. Moreover, Oregon Mainline Paving provide such a good benefit even though you are only an intern such as accommodation, travel expenses, semi-truck. Overall, I'd come back if I had chance going in for Highway Division.
