How much hands-on experience you get with helping to progress the clinical trial process.

What I wish was different

I wish the onboarding process was not so extensive, but this is the case anywhere where you have to deal directly with the subjects of the clinical trials.

Advice

Stay busy. When there is down time, read some of the protocols for previous and current studies. Try to get checked off on tasks designated to you as quickly as possible. There is a lot of down time, but I would say the most important thing is to help the clinic in any way you can.
