What I liked

Onwentsia has been nothing but welcoming to all their workers. The managers manage and organize the place very well to not make it a stressful environment for all the employees. As a student, I find the schedule to be pretty flexible and understanding when the school year gets pretty busy. If you want a flexible, stress free, and enjoyable place to work at, Onwentsia is the place for you!

What I liked

The team at Onwentsia values teamwork more than any other job. They are a close community that is always happy to have new people. If you are looking for a part time job, and you have weird availability, or you're in school, this is the job for you. They are very willing to work with you to give you hours.

What I wish was different

Nothing. Very well managed.

Advice

This job requires great communication skills. Not only are you working with a great team that requires conversation and communication, you should be able to happily talk to members and other guests on the Onwentsia campus.
