The people are amazing. OnSolve is a group of passionate individuals, and the level of dedication they bring to work is beyond anything I've ever seen before. Everyone was so welcoming when I started and has continued to help me get up to speed as needed.
What I wish was different
I can't think of anything besides meeting in person. Of course, this is because of COVID.
Advice
Do your outside research on the company and the kind of work OnSolve does. It will help with your transition, especially if you don't have much knowledge or experience in the area.
