I really loved the people who worked there! I was able to meet people from various states and even some international counselors. Everyone there was dedicated to all of the campers to have a great summer and help impact their lives.
What I wish was different
This job was not easy. It asked a lot of you as a person and many were not able to complete the whole summer. I wish that it would have been a little easier on the body as you were mentally and physically drained every day.
Advice
Despite how much energy and dedication this job took, the fact that you could walk away and know that you made a small difference in some of your camper's lives made it all worth it.
