I loved being outside everyday, especially during the summer. I also worked with a good staff outside and inside the club. Also, the members were extremely friendly and very fun to work for.
What I wish was different
I would've liked to see more resources for the outside service employees.
Advice
Always try to be social and friendly, especially with members and the other people you work with. It makes it much more fun and you get to build relationships with people every day.
