The work environment was great, nice co-workers, helpful supervisors. I was put in charge of one of our client accounts and collaborated with multiple groups. The initiates I can take during my work is what really excites me and extends my ability to the fullest.
What I wish was different
The training process I received was shorter than my expectation. I wish I were introduced more on the company and client projects as a whole more in depth, because I actually get into specific works.
Advice
Take ownership of the project, think about the big picture in order to understand the specific requirements from the clients, and communicate in a respectful manner with the team members.
