The working environment is generally positive. Also, I usually go in knowing what to expect.
What I wish was different
At some points, I find myself with nothing to do and it feels awkward just standing there. If I had more duties, I could use my time there better and learn more as well.
Advice
Be observant. Observing is the best way to learn in this type of working environment.
