I loved my manager and how well run the internship program was despite the pandemic.
What I wish was different
I wish I was there in person as well as known exactly what I wanted to get out of the experience beforehand, not just wait for my manager to give me work
Advice
I highly recommend sitting down before the internship and writing a list of potential projects/skills you want to learn so your internship is more focused and you feel motivated. A good way to do this is look on LinkedIn at jobs you may like one day and see what skills they require so you can build them at your internship.
