I learned a lot about audit and tech audit. The team was very knowledgeable and allowed me to be me. It was a very comfortable work environment. Most of the perks of a full time employee were granted to interns as well.
What I wish was different
The wage definitely could have been higher. Especially in the competitive accounting environment.
Advice
Don't pass up on it because you think its not as good an experience as Big 4. You get to see both sides of an engagement and work directly with external auditors, in this case Big 4 auditors.
