What I liked
NuGrowth Solutions has a friendly culture that is supportive and close. The benefits are good for coming out of college- 401k match, base pay plus commission, good work/life balance, only promote within the company, and provides ongoing training. The management is awesome and empathetic- very easy to get along with.
