I was able to quickly jump in and get involved in meaningful projects. I was given enough direction to succeed in a timely manner, but was otherwise relatively self directed in how I chose to approach problems.

Advice
Actively participating in daily standup and being open about where I was getting stuck helped so much. Sometimes the help I needed was being put in touch with the right person or being sent a link to documentation. Don't suffer in silence when you get stuck.

The job was not labor intensive, and everyone was really friendly. Good pay, reasonable hours, and solid work environment.

This job is one in which you can use to learn, grow and then move forward in the company. I would say not to get too comfortable in the position, but aim higher and seek for further improvement.

Be a hard worker. In the factory I could see people who did not work as hard, but you can see the difference when people work hard as a team!

Internal Audit Intern
May 2018 • Provo, UT
What I liked
The experience, I learned a lot about how the company works. It was nice to be able to have such an extensive experience so close to home. My employers were very helpful, and they were patient with me.
What I wish was different
I wish that the pay had been a bit higher. $13/hour seemed low for the kind of work that I was doing, but I was still happy with the experience!
Advice
Use internships to network! The people that I have met at this job will help me get my full time job after school.

Spanish Support
August 2017 • Provo, UT
What I liked
The flexibility is very nice. It helps a lot when I need more time for school because I can pick the days I work and prioritize school over a part-time job.
What I wish was different
The summer was difficult to work because there were less employees, which means constant calls. The main attraction of a call center job is the availability to study and read in between calls, but there was none of that here this summer.
Advice
I would suggest, if you need a job just for money come fall, this is a good place. It is not as busy in the fall, especially if you work in the evenings, then you can get study time in at work also.
