About Novolex

Novolex® is a leader in packaging innovation, choice and sustainability. We manufacture products in paper, plastic and sustainable materials for the the food, retail, health and industrial markets. Our products offer superior performance, provide convenience, reduce waste and support food safety and hygiene for the benefit of millions of people who use our products every day. Our ability to meet their needs reflects the wide diversity of our products and the commitment to quality embraced by our more than 10,000 employees. With 60 manufacturing facilities and administrative offices in North America and Europe, including two world-class plastic recycling facilities, we are close to our customers and ready to serve them through our Food & Delivery and Performance Solutions segments.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) are core to the Novolex culture. We believe that a diverse, inclusive workforce brings fresh perspectives, fosters innovation, and enables us to better serve our customers. We have implemented many programs to cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.

To drive DE&I goals and objectives, Novolex has established a DE&I Council that facilitates our DE&I strategic planning. Our DE&I Champions imbed our DE&I beliefs throughout the organization by implementing unique events at the facility level that represent the many cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives of our Novolex family.

In 2023, Novolex hosted three company-wide Inclusion Panels, focusing on Pride Month, our Veterans, and our DE&I Council. These panels provide an opportunity for Novolex employees to share their personal experiences with others who may relate or learn from their individual perspective.

Novolex places great importance on giving back to the community through its Giving and Community Engagement initiatives. The company actively participates in regular giving campaigns centered around our three giving pillars of Sustainability, Health & Wellness, and Food & Hunger. At a facility level we participate in a wide range of volunteer campaigns, making a positive impact on the communities around us.

Manufacturing Intern

August 2018 Vancouver, WA
“On hands experience on the production floor, learned so much from operators and management, both in terms of life experience and work experience. Got to fly out to an internship conference in Cincinnati, OH at the end of the summer to meet with other Novolex interns and share what we did with each other and the upper management and CEO of the company.”
