The friendly environment and people. Great experience for nursing because you got a chance to work on two different units and practice skills you can't do in school. Great location, easy commute with no traffic.
What I wish was different
Certain preceptors teach differently, so sometimes it was difficult to learn in faster paced environments.

Advocate for yourself so you can build your knowledge/skills, and see new things!
