What I liked
I liked that this job taught the individual to practice real-time laboratory time management skills. It also taught the proper usage of equipment and PPE required to monitor asbestos abatement. I also loved how helpful many of the year-round employees were when I had an issue.
What I wish was different
I wish that all of the full-time employees would understand that you, as the intern, do not have the same level of experience of status that they do.
Advice
I would say that anyone looking to do this job should be prepared to have a flexible schedule and a reliable car. Additionally, you should be able to cope decently under stress and know when to ask for help, they love to help you out!
