You get an iPad but it comes out of your stipend ($500). You get real industry work experience. A lot of incentives. Great internship for experience but didn’t fit me, also the culture didn’t fit me. Some joint work partners were great and I learned a lot of from them.
What I wish was different
Leadership at time pushed results too much instead of learning. When asking leadership questions, I found they would give a vague answer then tell us we would go over it in a future trying but never would. Most of the joint work partners I worked with did not care about your relationship with the client and would be very pushy for the sale, because it’s not their relationship.
Advice
Just know up front this is a sales based job. They want you find clients through friends and family. Which is viable for some people but was not my style.
