The leadership team is extremely helpful, passionate about the work they do, and always looking to develop the next generation of financial advisors.
What I wish was different
The nature of the job requires a lot of calling and talking which, depending on the type of person you are, can be difficult. Personally, I wish there was bit more work to be done in the actual financial planning process rather than sourcing clients.
Advice
Be prepared to get out of your comfort zone. Although difficult at first, it will definitely pay off by the end of the summer.
