Northview Leads Residency
What if your next step into vocational ministry was among experienced and supportive church leaders where you could get hands-on ministry experience, personalized mentoring and leadership and discipleship training, while forming healthy ministry habits to sustain you for a lifetime? And what if you had the option of earning a Master of Arts in Ministry degree from Taylor University at the same time?
The Graduate Residency
Northview Church and Taylor University have partnered to offer a Graduate Residency that will equip emerging church leaders with the theological training and practical experience they need to be effective wherever God is leading them.
Our graduate residency program is a two-year ministry immersion. For 20 hours per week, residents serve in a ministry area that aligns with their particular calling under the guidance of a coach.
The Professional Residency
Those who are not interested in pursuing a Master’s degree may apply to Northview’s professional residency. Professional residents serve in their ministry area 24 hours each week under the guidance of a coach. Like graduate residents, they meet weekly with their coach and weekly with all of the residents for training.

Resident positions are available in Worship Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, Video Production, Weekend Services, Northview Kids, Northview Students, Local & Global Outreach, Small Groups & Serving Teams, Special Needs and Communications.
