I enjoyed working with the Disabled community.
I felt good about the work I was doing.
What I wish was different
This company, from my experience, even FC (which is a sister company of NOCE), don't have much grace for people.
They expect perfection, you can't make a mistake, even though they can make mistakes on you.
I.e. I never received compensation for my time, I was NEVER paid even though I was told I would be....
Advice
Don't work for this company, R-U-N!!!
There are other employers that have more grace for its employees.
