North Country Healthcare is committed to providing the highest level of personal, patient-focused healthcare to our communities. We are Androscoggin Valley Hospital, Littleton Regional Healthcare, North Country Home Health & Hospice, Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, and Weeks Medical Center.
All based in northern New Hampshire. Lancaster, Littleton and Colebrook are border towns to Vermont.
