What I liked
I really enjoyed the company culture. There was a great sense of community and incredible opportunities for learning and personal growth
What I wish was different
The only thing I would have changed was the remote aspect. Granted Covid-19 was at its peak during the time of the experience, this wasn’t something that could be controlled in the moment
Advice
Go outside your comfort zone; challenge yourself! It enables you to get the most out of the experience while putting your best foot forward

What I liked
I loved the culture that allows for friendly relationships between employees, especially on a remote basis. Pay and work-life balance were both good.
What I wish was different
I wish that interns were better supported on a remote basis. It's hard to work such a demanding remote job with just the materials that I had going into it.
Advice
Work cross-division as much as possible to make important relationships early.
