I really enjoyed the company culture and the tasks that were given to me in my role. My team was extremely talented and I learned so much from just listening to them in meetings. My mentor was super talented and gave us lots of freedom within our design duties. My design duties were a range and helped me to learn various new skills.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have worked more in the office. My work was a hybrid experience and I would have preferred more office collaboration.
Advice
I would recommend voicing to your employer the areas that you want to learn or grow in because they will make efforts to help you do that!

The best way to have a good and successful internship experience is to make sure you are getting to know those in your office and participating in all the events the company has to offer. Getting work done and becoming a vital part of the office culture is incredibly important at NOBULL.
