I learned so much and was extremely hands-on. They gave me a ton of real responsibility that made me really want to learn and work harder.
What I wish was different
Though I enjoyed having regular day-to-day responsibilities it would have been cool to have a big learning project.
Advice
Be open-minded and say yes to EVERYTHING. Even if you are not sure how to do something, obviously ask if you need to, but my recommendation is to try and figure things out yourself!
