Because of the fact that Nickerson is a small company, I was able to get involved on many different projects on different departments.
What I wish was different
The internship lacked a bit of a organization. Some times, if I wasn't proactive to find something to do, I could find myself seating and doing nothing.
Advice
Be proactive. Take advantage of opportunities. Get involved as much as you can. Also, take the time to meet the managers. They are great people who are willing to help with whatever you need.
