Great management, and flexible work hours with plenty of opportunity to develop on my own skills.
What I wish was different
I just wish I found this job at an earlier stage in my college career as it is close to home, hours are convenient, and the job ties with what I am studying.
Advice
Try your best to find a job similar to what you are studying. Even if it has very little to do with what you learn in the classroom, you can still develop skills that you can continue to use in future job opportunities.

I liked how the training was one on one with multiple employees which gave a sense of pride within the company.

I wish that some of the managment looked closer at availability in the beginning.

Do what you think is right to help the residents but also look out for yourself.
