What I wish was different
I wish I was able to choose which team I was placed on since each team has its own culture. I also wish that the company was slightly more rigorous and fast-paced
Advice
After working at Facebook and then moving to a smaller company, I would strongly advice Computer Science majors to diversify their experiences to see what size company they prefer. I think startups offer a more unique and comprehensive learning experience with better mentorship and sense of community.
