They are very accommodating to student needs when it comes to work/school balance. There is a lot of support from your managers and the environment is not something you see at all jobs. Your leaders are ready and willing to help you learn and grow when a mistake is made rather than put you down for it.

You can't take things that people say to you (guests) to heart. This is a customer service position and most times you are the messenger and people want something to take their emotions out on. A lot of the time, that's us. You have to just have thick skin but also a warm personality.
