Be observant. You can learn so much from an internship and not just the skills that you are assigned to learn or are in your general objectives. I learned so much about how hotels run and what works well and what doesn't, not just within the Front Office while I was this hotel. Chances are most of the people you work are nice and willing to help you/teach about your field.
