The friendly environment, the focus on education coming first (I could call out with a bit of a heads up if I had a big paper or assignments due that I had to catch up on and they were super understanding), Lynne is really amazing, and I learned so much about the ins and outs of publishing from the internship.
What I wish was different
I learned a lot about publicity and outreach which is definitely helpful, but I wish I had been able to do more editorial work with the books we worked on.
Advice
Don't hesitate to ask questions! Lynne is super knowledgeable and is very happy to help you with any questions you have.

What I liked
I loved learning the ropes of the Publishing industry and getting to see a small version of what went on behind the scenes.
