I enjoyed learning about daily operations of a restaurant and how to run it daily.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been more involved in business deals for signing new leases and finding new locations etc.
Advice
Go in with a lean point of view, carrying excess stock is not necessarily a good idea, especially when you are dealing with seasonal demand or even when you don't have sales numbers from years prior to look at.
