There was a lot of freedom and trust in my role - they gave me a lot of liberty to make creative decisions and brainstorm new ideas for their organization
What I wish was different
It was unpaid, except for travel reimbursement. Any sum of money that compensated my work would have been really appreciated
Advice
Go in with ideas and be open to learning. Ask to shadow other departments!
