What I liked

The work was rewarding

What I wish was different

I wish I would've been paid more because the work is hard, the hours are long, and the pay is terrible.

Advice

This job is TOUGH so you need to go into it knowing that you'll be challenged. It's worth it, but don't go in thinking it's going to be a breeze.

What I liked

The connection with the staff, and the opportunity to do some meaningful work with teenagers

What I wish was different

Eh, sometimes the training is a little difficult to manage.

Advice

Stick it out, its worth it. Decide that you don't care what the girls think of you. Hold the boundary first, the relationships will come.

What I liked

I love that I am able to learn a lot of hands on things at my job that relate to my schooling and prepare me for my major.

What I wish was different

I wish the hours could have been more flexible.

Advice

I think it's great to apply here, especially if you want to be a therapist of some kind in the future. It gives you great experience for that field.
