Stay open to meeting people outside of your team and be open to learning things outside of your internship; you'd be surprised how excited people are to help you in your professional endeavors.

I was pretty content with the internship overall.
Advice
Be prepared to take initiative! Working at a think tank allows you to be as proactive and thus as useful as possible.
