I loved the balance between variety and consistency. We learned all the set up for camp, continually tearing down and setting up, yet we got to go to different locations and meet different people at the colleges. The team I worked with all summer was awesome and I created incredible memories with them and have stayed connected to many of the people on the team.
What I wish was different
Better pay/compensation would have been nice, but it was still an awesome experience!
Advice
Do not do this if you don't want to grow in your spiritual faith and in your work ethic. In other words, you should do it! And have a great attitude, because it's hard work!

What I liked
I loved it. I was able to directly use my film skills to further the kingdom of God by creating fun, exciting and visually enticing recap videos of NTS camp. I worked with an incredible, Christ focused staff and it was an incredibly healthy and growth filled experience.
What I wish was different
Nothing. I was able to travel all over the United States with an incredible group of people doing what I love. If the pay was a little better I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Advice
It’s good to keep an open mind when you’re working on a team of over 40 people every day that all come from different walks of life. I learned quite a bit about the world around me as a result of being willing and eager to listen to others’ past experiences.
