I loved my BCBA Amanda. She was great to work with communicated amazingly!
I loved the one-on-one client experience I got.
What I wish was different
Communication between all staff members. I had one BCBA that was great I had another that was horrible at communicating with me and the parents. Then communication between the different departments was not good.
Advice
Be ready to be thrown in. You learn by doing on this job. You shadow for 8 hrs then get clients.
