Neighbors in Action provides assistance to older and disabled adults in the La Crescent and Caledonia, Minnesota areas. We help with tasks that are difficult for you or your loved one to manage so that you can stay living in your own home longer.
Neighbors in Action provides help in two ways:
Volunteers are matched to provide basic home tasks and transportation.
New Care Partner Service - a paid staff person provides more in depth care to help provide peace of mind to both the person served and their family.
