Everyone in this organization is welcoming, and the supervisors are quick to respond to your questions and concerns. You get much flexibility in what you want to do and how you want to contribute to the team. The workload was substantial but not exhausting. Overall, it was a meaningful exerience.
What I wish was different
Sometimes, I wish my supervisors had a more decisive vision of how they wanted projects to be. As a video editor, I often spent hours into something only for them to suggest something else after watching it.
Advice
If you are interested in getting involved with nonprofits, this is an excellent way to understand how they run!

What I liked
We have weekly meetings and your questions are usually answered in a timely manner. Assignments are very thorough.
What I wish was different
There were more people to meet in real life.
Advice
Make sure to put aside enough time to complete the weekly assignments, they are comprehensive.
