I like the staff and the opportunity to go to different locations around New York City with the kids and show them around and have fun.
What I wish was different
Their organizational skills at the beginning of the program because it was hectic to get all the paperwork, schedules and staff in order.
Advice
Go into a summer camp job with a positive attitude because the kids can tell when there’s something wrong and that can bring down the entire group’s experience for the day
