What I liked
It’s a teaching hospital and they work with a college students schedule very well. The hospital is always trying to be better so there are a lot of trainings. There is always potential of growing within Nebraska Medicine such as becoming a CNA or working at the Monroe institute.
What I wish was different
Nothing really! It has been good because of constant changes and improvements. Application process is very easy and they get back to you within two weeks.
Advice
Be ready for trainings and 8 hr shifts. They can get boring at video monitor but when you are one on one sitting you develop relationships. Be ready for anyone and have an open mind to who you watch.
