Don't be afraid to ask questions! It's better to know how to do something and do it right than guess and do it wrong - especially in a bank setting where mistakes can lead to collateral damage. Even if an aspect of the job doesn't apply to your work, if you want to know how a process works, ask your coworker! They'll be impressed that you want to know more about the job.
