What I liked

The friendly and fast-paced work environment helped me learn from engineers with a lot of different backgrounds. It was all about engaging my co-workers in a conversation to make those important connections I wanted to.

What I wish was different

I was hoping that I would get multiple different perspectives on a project and maybe work at it from different departments (finance and engineering).

Advice

I would say that it is important to put yourself out there when you are given the opportunity to work at any company. Talk to a co-worker during your lunch break and learn people's backgrounds and stories they have to share. This is what creates those lasting connections that could get you the job or future opportunities as well.
