What I liked
I loved the energy of it. Everyone I worked with loved their job and all of the people who came to the show loved being there as well.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to spend more time learning about the business aspect of putting on a music festival.
Advice
Be willing to work hard. It was very physically demanding.

What I liked
Friendly coworkers, positive work environment, and I learned a lot from the people I worked with. Also interns were given free lunch every event day.
What I wish was different
Advice
Be prepared for physical labor. Bring gloves and a multi-tool. Keep a positive attitude and stay hydrated. Work days are long (~12 hours) but usually only 2 days a week and you get a nice long break to eat/rest while artists are performing.
