Just be open to meeting people and try to be an extrovert.

What I liked
Lots of hours + good pay
Work with large variety of people
Variety of tasks to do
Serve different events every day so it's not repetitive
What I wish was different
Over the summer there are very few people meaning you can be there for 17 hours day sometimes, and usually several days of that length in a row. It pays well though and is a great way to earn a lot before the fall term starts
Advice
Its a lot of work but everything is done with others and everyone is willing to help out - you will never be alone and if you ever need help you can just ask.
