Consistent higher pay, good overtime pay benefits

What I wish was different

7a-3p and swing shifts sucked, as well as 16 hour days. Conditions were terrible, AK fairly dangerous if unaware of surroundings.

Advice

It’s hot, tiring, dirty, and early morning hours. Decent people, mostly a number to management. Not for the faint of heart
