Managers and most of the other workers were very nice and always willing to help. Fun place to work with good benefits (free movies, drinks, and discounted food).
What I wish was different
Working in different areas. Mostly did the same job everyday, some variation would've been nice.

This is a great first job and summer job. Just expect to work late when you have the afternoon shift.

I liked the casual work atmosphere, and my coworkers were fun people to work with.
What I wish was different
I wish we hadn't been so understaffed all the time, and I wish the managers would have been on the same page at the same time. I also feel like I didn't get paid enough, even with tips.
Advice
Figure out what strategies work best for you, as this is a very fast-paced work environment where quick decisions need to be made.

It is a different experience as a server because it is also a movie theater and restaurants, so the insight into the difficulties of a job like this makes me relate to others who would trouble to make it with low wage jobs.

I enjoyed the work environment. I loved the comradery between employees. I knew I could ask for help when I needed it. My supervisors were also very accommodating and understanding to my schedule and when I got sick. Overall, I had a great experience.

Stretching and foam rolling was really important for recovering from work. It was important to take extra care of my body.
