My supervisor was very understanding with my school and work schedule and allowed me time off when I needed to study for exams. I was very eager to learn about all of the departments and what they do and MCB let me learn from each department head. MCB has always been my biggest fan and supporter and I am happy to work for a company with such great values.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would be able to work under a few other departments to get an understanding of how they function and why they do what they do.
Advice
I would advise that the next employee working at Mound City Bank is eager to learn from everyone. You can receive a lot of information if you listen to what everyone tries to tell you.
