What I liked
Everyday was a new day tasked with different things to do. Nothing was ever stagnant and the amount of problem solving needed to get through every shift made it exciting. The people who worked there motivated me to work hard as well.
What I wish was different
One thing I wish the store improved on was technology. It would have made the process easier in some aspects.
Advice
It was a great way to improve my communication skills and step out of my comfort zone. The only way to thrive in this environment is to take it head on.

What I liked
I really enjoyed the people I worked with. They made the long shifts go by a little easier. The management wasn't to bad either, they were all understanding. The employee discount was nice too.
What I wish was different
I wish we were allowed to have breaks longer than 15 minutes because there are times when you are closing the store you end up working a 8 hour shift instead of an 5 hour shift.
Advice
Make sure you have some comfortable shoes because you will be standing for a few hours

What I liked
Flexibility with scheduling, pay, experience and learning about retail.
What I wish was different
I wish it could be plain clothes. Instead of wearing a bright shirt, yeah I get that the point is to be visible but, another color uniform would be nice.
Advice
It seems exciting at first to do loss prevention then, the excitement dies down.
